About
Jude Litoff is a seasoned film composer, singer/songwriter, conductor, and music arranger with over 25 years experience in the music industry. Renowned for her expertise in directing musical productions, choral concerts and children's operas, she is also a skilled storyteller and music educator. Her vibrant energy and creativity shine through in her film scores, movie cues, and atmospheric soundscapes. Recently, Jude completed the original soundtrack for the UK movie "Bardo", directed by Joshua Moulinie of Pinealdreams Productions, set to be released March 2025.
Her original score for Every Day's a Bonus directed by Jane Sanger, Lumino Films, was nominated for best original score in the Idyllwild film festival, 2025.
Jude Litoff has written and directed eight London and Jerusalem-based productions of "The Snow Queen", "The Little Prince", "Through Broken Light," "You, Me and Totoro", "Tales of Narnia", "Peter Pan and the lost Dog" , "Alice in Wonderlandzzzz" and now her latest, "Hey! Turnaraound" ( 2025).
Over the past six years Jude has scored original music for a number of British-based short dramas including The Water Rats, directed by UK -based director Kai Jolley, script by Simon O'Corra, and the award winning drama, "Dust" by the young American director Coby Resnick.
Her music appears in the ARTE popular series Hôtels mythiques - L'American Colony Hotel à Jérusalem, released September 2020.

Spanish Princess
"The Spanish Princess" was inspired by the Spanish Princess Catherine of Aragon as she departs Spain for the foreign shores of England to marry Prince Arthur, brother to King Henry Viii whom she then marries after his brother's untimely death.
"I tried to capture the elegance and tragedy of this beautiful noblewoman through my music.
I wrote it while I was participating in the 2019 Film Scoring Summer Program in beautiful Varna, Bulgaria."

Water Rats
Water Rats is a family saga set during World War 2. It explores the morality of collaboration and resistance. The play is written by Simon O'Corra, directed by Kai Jolley.
It was filmed on Zoom over the summer of 2020 and stars a talented team of actors and actresses.

"Autumn Mists" was composed in November of this year as autumn began to invade, slowly chilling the air, inviting a feeling of death and decay. I felt inclined to create something beautiful as an antidote and was reminded of John Keats' magnificent "Ode to Autumn".
"Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness,
Close-bosom friend of the maturing sun... ".
Somehow it made it easier for me to watch summer disappear and accept winter as it marched its way forward, trampling autumn on its way...
I composed this for flute, oboe and bassoon, piano, harp and string quintet.
